Due to our preference to meet students and parents face-to-face, the online Application Form is currently unavailable.

You may printout and complete a paper-based registration form ()and bring it along with a Care Card and Birth Certificate to an intake meeting. You will need to establish a time for this meeting by contacting the Program Coordinator or teachers.
