Due to our need to meet students and parents face-to-face, the online Application Form is currently unavailable.

Students interested in our program should contact our office (740-2038) to enquire about the date and time of our next enrollment/information session.

You may printout and complete a paper-based registration form ()and bring it along with a Care Card and Birth Certificate to an intake meeting. Be aware that this form will also be included in your enrollment package. You only need to complete it once.
