Welcome to Our School
Welcome to Ladysmith Intermediate School. Our
school, which houses grades four to seven, overlooks the
picturesque Ladysmith Harbour and town. Like most Nanaimo and
Ladysmith schools it is very active. The teachers employ a
wide range of teaching strategies including Smart Reading and
the Webster writing program.

Dec. 10: Green Thumb Theatre at 1 pm (teacher handouts: Study Guide | 2
Dec. 14: Hibberson/Leed to Cowichan Aquatic Centre (11:10 to 2)
Dec. 16: Gym closed
Dec. 17: Mrs. Furlan's Christmas Performance (7 pm)
Dec. 18: Last day of school
January 4, 2010: First day of school after vacation
February 22: District Pro-D day; non-instructional day
