Who and What is the PAC? (scroll down for fundraising notices and meeting minutes)

All parents and guardians of students at Ecole Hammond Bay School are members of the Parent Advisory Council (PAC). At least eight general meetings are held during the school year. Meetings rotate between evenings and mornings to allow more parents to participate.

Anyone can attend the monthly PAC meetings -- you don’t need to have a position on the PAC to attend. New faces and ideas are always welcome. Free childcare is offered at PAC meetings.

The following is a list of the 2010/2011 PAC fundraising events:

Halloween Monster Ball; lHoliday Raffle; Cookie Dough; Hot Lunch; Spirit Wear; Hanging Baskets; Fun Fair; Purdy's; Spell-a-thon.

Year round events include Thrify Gift Cards; Karma Coffe; Mable's Labels (www.hamond.mabel.ca) and Popcorn sales (first Thursday of every month).
