STEVE ROSS

Presonal History:
I received my B.Ed degree in 1967 at the University of British Columbia. This lead me to John Barsby and my first teaching position with an electronics 9/10 class. In 1969/70 the opportunity presented itself to teach power mechanics at Woodlands so I took it. After ten years at Woodlands I transfered back to John Barsby when the Mechanics teaching position became available. With the opening of Dover Bay Secondary in 1992 many students and teachers had to relocate form other schools in the district. I took advantage of this new opportunity and was able to use my experience to start a new Power Mechanics/ Automotive program at Dover Bay. As you can see by the Automotive Main Page I am currently teaching Mechanics 9, Mechanics11, Mechanics 12, and SCT11.
I really enjoy teaching, and working side by side with students while they learn about the world of power transfer, and energy.
