will be a 10% budget cut for supplies.

BINGO – we have done the yearly reapplication. There is the BC150 VIP grant of $5000.00
based on volunteer time that has been approved.
Info has to be sent in by Feb 5.

Treasurer’s Report – Approx $8900.00 in all 4
accounts. (BMO and

Fun Fair – Raffle items have been donated. Silent auction items can still be donated
until Feb 10. We may open an hour on
Thursday night for silent auction. We
need parents to man events. A mail out
to the parents will be done.

Easy Peasy – never went out. Will be tabled until March meeting, after we
have totals raised at fun fair.
5. New Business

PAC recruiting.
Will do a mail out in the spring to inform parents of the importance of
a functioning PAC and what the consequences would be if we do not get the
volunteers for Sept 2010.
6. Old Business
-
Prom Purchase – the movie screen has been ordered.

49th receipts - $75.00 donation to a needy
family. $50.00 remaining.

Emergency bags – Brenda will address this with the SD
as this is a mandated item.

Country Grocer receipts – Debbie brought in $35.00 in
food country gift cards. Will put
reminder in letter home in the future.

Shade trees – Richard will either have the quote
available by Feb 1, or will have some free trees for us.
